Precious founded the BlackFemaleProject. PJS Consultants founder Precious J. Stroud—a sought-after leader in the field of asset-based marketing and communications for narrative change—drives the design and implementation of marketing strategies that tell the right stories at the right time in order to increase impact and market leadership of community-minded organizations. In 2014, Precious founded BlackFemaleProject to illuminate and interrupt patterns of systemic racism and sexism Black women experience at work. BlackFemaleProject documents and publishes lessons learned and words of wisdom in order to promote healing among Black women. Precious demonstrates through her work the power of positively framed and future-focused language and campaigns to accelerate social progress.
