Our Founder Precious J. Stroud was honored to present at The Black Girl Project Sisterhood Summit Six // Rootwork: Cultivating Revolutionary & Radical Love in Brooklyn, NY on Saturday, June 10, 2017.
Precious shared three ways that Black women move from surviving to thriving at work. During the year-long prototype of BlackFemaleProject's Bay Area Conversation Series three key requirements for personal success were revealed:
- Embracing one's cultural identity
- Gaining an understanding of how systemic inequality works
- Affirming one's self and others
